1. Why manage change - The intent is to understand key factors involved in the change process and different approaches to managing change;
2. Kotter’s 8 steps of change - The session will explore Kotter’s model and discuss its application in the business;
3. Change management principles - Successful implementation of change initiatives require a systematic approach.
