Mr. Dafir Kramer is a business consultant, specialised in business strategy and change management. His main interest lies in bringing strategic vision into real action and in bringing organizational practise into strategic perspective. He has worked for different organizations as consultant, coach, facilitator and teacher, both in the Netherlands as in many countries all over the world.
Mr. Kramer received his MSc degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, where he specialized in both Strategic Management and Change Management. He also attended MBA at McGill University in Montreal. Immediately after finishing university in 1998, he started teaching business strategy and change management. Since then he has designed and taught management development programs for several Universities, Business Schools and in many different companies.
Apart from teaching, Mr. Dafir Kramer has worked his entire career as both an internal and an external consultant. Currently he is director of DKSC, a consultancy firm specialized in facilitating organizational strategy and change. He has had many assignment for organizations both in the commercial and the public sector on issues concerning, strategy, marketing, organization and change such as strategic (Re)positioning, new business development, organizational (re)design, cultural change programs, etc. As such he gained extensive hands-on experience, not only on the field of strategy formulation, but also on implementing strategic initiatives.
